EnviroFix was retained to revamp, optimise, and construct, operate, and maintain a soil gas collecting system at a condominium complex in eastern Toronto, ON, Canada.

Project deliverables

EnviroFix provided the condomonium complex the following services: 

  • Revamping of the existing obsolete soil gas collecting system
  • Construction of a new system, in a new location, to provide better and more cost effective results
  • Operation of the new system and maintenance on an as needed basis
  • Recording and documentation of the maintenance activities to be submitted to the client’s consultant
